How can I pay?
Is it safe to use my credit card? Chemical.net is a secure site, registered with VERISIGN. You can use a company credit card as well as a company purchase order if your credit is approved.

Do you ship internationally?
In most instances you can use our ShipChem.com logistics functionality. In other cases and for small packages, contact an "International Freight Forwarders" to receive, package and forward shipments overseas.

When I place an order through Chemical.net, how does my order get shipped to the correct location?
You select the Ship-To during ordering. During re-orders, you can also change Ship-to. Also, Ship To address is always confirmed back to you via E-mail.

Can I override by "Ship To" location and direct my order to arrive at a different address?
Yes. Specify location during ordering.

Are packing slips and MSDS sheets included with the shipment when delivered?
All appropriate MSD Sheets and packing slips will be included.

What happens after I complete my on-line order?
Chemical.net electronically submits your order to each supplier. Your items are typically drop-shipped to you. Chemical.net will monitor every step of the fulfillment process notifying you by E-mail or phone of any exceptions, such as back orders. There are no surprises at Chemical.net.

Does Chemical.net require a minimum order amount per order?
Yes, because of the costs involved in processing an order there is a $75.00 Product minimum per order

How will I know if a product is out of stock or a shipment is delayed?
You will be notified by email and/or phone of any backorders or delays.

How are rush orders handled?
All orders are sent to the supplier within minutes of submission. When you wish an order to be rushed, simply select the expedited shipping method during the purchase process. Some products cannot be shipped by air, etc (some hazardous products and the like). We will contact you if there is an issue sending your order as you have selected.

My organization is tax exempt. How can I make sure I am not charged tax?
Click on the Tax Exempt part of the checkout and fax us your tax exempt form at 215-333-2218.

Sometimes my order requires special attention such as specific lot numbers for chemicals or specific shipping and handling instructions. How do I let the supplier know this?
We know each customer's needs are unique. There is a place on the order form for special handling instructions. Also, you can enter your custom part numbers for each product ordered.

Can I cancel or return an order?
If you wish to cancel or return an order, call Chemical.net's Customer Care hotline toll free at 1-888-CHEMICL (888-243-6425) or email us at cservice@chemical.net. If an order has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must be returned by requesting an RMA (return material authorization) from Customer Service.

What about your return policy?
Most unopened products can be returned within seven days of their shipment. If the supplier has a restocking charge, then Chemical.net must charge a restocking charge for your material. There is also a handling fee of $10.00 per order for returns.

Which products are returnable?
Most products are returnable depending on each supplier. Unopened products that our suppliers will accept can be returned easily using the above return process.

Click on "Show Me the MSDS!" for a list of third party Material Safety Data Sheet sites. We do not maintain, endorse or check the accuracy of these unrelated parties' information. Of course chemical products purchased on Chemical.net will be shipped with the supplier's MSDS information.

How can I receive Certificates of Analysis?
These will be shipped with your orders upon request. On special requests we can give you a sample Certificate of Analysis for the material. It may be difficult to give you a specific Certificate of Analysis on the lot you'll be receiving before it is shipped. This depends on the size of your order and the supplier.

Why do I need to answer questions and be approved first time if I want to buy a hazardous product?
